If they fit together as printed, great! If not, you may need to adjust the X and Y axis dimensions either up or down by .1% (note that is POINT ONE percent &#8211; not a whole percent!). This really seems to be printer specific. If your machine is well-calibrated and you have a good fit, the pieces may not need glue. However, I find that the finished pieces are more durable and sturdy if you glue pieces AFTER they are in place. If you have a piece that is difficult to get in, I recommend using a flat, solid surface to press on the piece and snap it in &#8211; a tongue depressor or craft stick works well.
